Rip-off! Lied about charges and about their website!

I am about to sign up for a credit card over the phone, so I am re-directed to a voice-activated software. I stop the process, because it sounds like they are charging me a fee just for signing up (processing fee) and then over $200 one-time fee! I ask for clarification on the billing (I don't want to pay a processing fee) The representative from RX financial tells me that if I call by certain date (21 July), I will not be charged AT ALL, and meanwhile I can read-up on the benefits of that package on-line their website and make up my mind. So we go through the sign-up process again.

Later on, it turns out, I can't find any information on the credit card I signed up for, just contact information. I try to reach customer service for several days, wait 1h one day... They dont pick up. Finally the last day, before I get charged I finally manage to reach their repserentative and ask to cancel the card. The representative tells me there is no cancellation policy. I explain what they told me when I was sining up, and she baisically says, well if he lied there's nothing I can do about it, file a complaint. "We have to refund policy." I am still explaining why that can't be right when she hangs up on me.

I go to my bank to ask them what I can do to stop them, they advice me to talk to them again. I call them again, ask for a supervisor, they refuse and tell me to call AFTER I get chagred and THEN ask for a tape pull! (as I see it then it will be too late.) They are uncooperative and lie to your face, I recommend NOT talking to them at all. If rx financial calls you, do yourself a favor and hang up, because what's what they will do when you call them!!!
