Filed Chapter 11 after they took my money and did not provide the services promised

I have written in before as did many others who were mislead, and victim to Telekings scam. I had planned to take them to small claims court in Miami, as I was ripped off $5,000., and is the max for small claims. Unfortunately, I recieved a letter from the Florida Department of Agr. And Consumer Services stating that they have filed Chapter 7 under the Bankruptcy Act. I dont know where it leaves me, but I doubt it is good news for any of us. I am going to try to file a claim through the bankruptsy court and see what happens. Good luck to all persuing restituion from these crooks.
