Won't help me

I've been attempting 6 decades to obtain them to refinance my mortgage they wont. I initially had national plus they offered mean variable rate of interest and almost made me drop my house. Today BOA has my mortgage plus they wont help me both. They stated the same CWH stated wellsfargo possesses my mortgage and they'll not alter or refinance. Just how can they bluntly emerge and state that. I'm home bad and can't-live in this way anymore. I create 80,000 annually and cannot purchase a new-car or continue a holiday never head purchase a months value of goods that'll last per week. I'm dealing with the purpose of calling the neighborhood information people and revealing their company methods.
