Refinance

Started refinance with NASB plus they originally required my bank card for a software fee. Then they charged me for an evaluation unknowingly tome and without agreement or disclosure. The Godd Faith Estimate supplied mentioned the evaluation was a final charge, not really a prepaid fee and following the apparaisal returned using the information on the home, NASB stated they do not like "unique qualities" as mine has 47 wooded acres in a rural-area... Therefore no mortgage closed. Today I'm looking to get my evaluation charge back. Additionally, they stated they'd reduce the interest rate on the basis of the 10-year treasury rate so when it got way along, NASB wouldn't decrease my price. They lied... Don't use these folks to get a refinance... Time. You'll notice all you need after which poof, they wont loan you money. For individuals who doubt, understrand my credit score is 795 and that I create almost $200K annually on the safe profession... It was to get a 250K mortgage!
