How Household Bank is Ruining our Credit because they keep adding late and over limit fees!

We got our Household Bank credit card back in December to help pay for Christmas presents and to help build our credit back.

Now, seven months later we owe almost $200.00 more than our actual credit limit! Everytime I made a payment the next bill would have either an extra over the limit charge or late fee! I wrote them letters to dispute the charges, but they never reply and I try to contact them on the internet and they always reply back and say they can't remove the charges because I agreed to them in the credit card agreement! I am so sick of it, I don't want them to sue me, but I don't know what to do! They are the worst credit card company ever!!!
