Credit Card ripoff on over limit fees Baltmore

This is such a scam. Late on payment (was due 2/2) so charge late fee, okay, $29.00, this fee puts me over the limit, another $29.00 charge. Get a bill instructing me to pay $84.85 before March 5th or it will be late, pay it on Feb. 14th, they then charge another overlimit fee as the payment was not enough to put me below the limit after the finance charges. Why didn't they ask for enough. I called and said come on now, this is a scam and I want the overlimit fee reversed. No they say.
