Well, you decide if you would want to deal with a debt management company which: never answers their phone, gives you conflicting information on your account, does not take care of the payments on time, does not bother to call and get additional information if they have a question about your account, and ends up costing you more money because they dropped the ball and did not transfer money - as they were told to do. One office doesn't seem to know what the other is doing. When they are told to transfer a certain amount, they do not listen, but transfer the amount that they want to transfer.

Initially we were planning to go with Consumer Credit out of Denver. After hearing others compliments on this debt management, we wish we had went with them instead of Family Credit.
