Ripoff bogus credit card debt

Gentleman contacted me by mail say I owe 3200.00 on a credit card from back in 1986. When I ask him for this account number for the card he gave me a number that does not exist. I then contacted the credit card company for which we were supposed to owe this money and they told us that first the account was taken care and second those account numbers do not match with their accounts at all.

Contacted this gentleman from Camco and he tried to avoid answering any of my questions and told they would settle this for 800.00 when I told him I'd have call the credit card company about this matter he hung up on me.
