Dishonest, kept sending back good checks to run up late fees, insulting and rude

I lost my job. I called Central Mortgage Company and explained my crisis. I was late in sending them a payment, then when I sent in a payment, the checks were returned TWO times, running up late fees.

They are very dishonest and I would love to change mortgage companies. I asked about a lower interest rate and they said "TOO BAD". They are VERY rude and dishonest. Please beware of this company!!! My mistake was being honest with them! Still fighting with them. They will rip you off in a heartbeat.
