First Horizon Home Loans and Mortgage ripoff! Dishonest, rude, crooks

My mortgage is with these crooks. I have nailed them for:

Force binding insurance on me when they were contacted by my agent and told where to sent the bill for payment by the excrow account. They said they had no way of contacting my insurance company when my insurance had been with the same company since the mortgage began. However they did find a way of paying my taxes, which they could not sell me and make a commission on as they did with insurance.

They have attempted to charge me late fees, inspection fees, and check processing fees because of an error they made in processing a bank draft for payment of my mortgage. Not only did they try to collect these fees but they attempted to refuse my payment until I paid the fees. I refused to pay for their mistake.
