Ripoff, overcharges clients, holds checks for late fees

My mortgage got sold off after a few months to this company call PCFS Mortgage Resources.

Even though I would send my payment in a week before it was due. Every sigle month they would charge me an $87.00 late fee.

They lost my second payment and found it six weeks after the fact. Telling me it just came in the mail and that it took the check six weeks to get from Michigan to Ohio.

The only time my payment did not take them six weeks to recieve was when I started sending it over night mail by fex ex. This was done so that I had proof that they recieved it and it didn't sit around on some ones desk for two weeks so that it could be processed as a late payment.

Even when paying over the phone by direct debit. They would call me two days after the late date two weeks after I made the call and say it bounce when my bank account showed NO record or a payment even being processed.

This mortgage company is riping off it's mortgage accounts by deliberatly processing payments late.

I have talk to three other people that have had PCFS at one time or another and all three of them had the same complaint.
