Combined Insurance - Brian Land
Combined Insurance (Brian Land) rip-off! They keep taking premium out of my checking account after I canceled policy 3 months ago. Chicago Illinois

I took Combined Insurance out on my family and my employees. We took the insurance the first week of April. We, the employees and myself, decided we no longer wanted the insurance so I called the agent who sold it to us, Brian Land. I cancelled the insurance on or around April 15.

Brian, the agent, informed me that this could cost him his job where so many employees cancelled at once. However, he did say he would take care of it and no more money would be taken from my business account. On my May bank statement $1175.00 was taken from my account. On June 2 $1175.00 was taken from the account and on July 1 $1175.00 was taken.

Now the company, Combined, is telling me we cannot get a refund because it was reported to the main office. I guess Brian Land took it upon hisself not to tell me about a written statement I was suppose to type. I guess he feared his job since 12 employees cancelled at once. Is this right? $3525.00 these people took from me.
