Fraud Deceptive Lending, Shady Accounting

Leaf Financial has repeatedly harassed us and charged us numerous fees which they won't provide evidence of owing. They charged us 3 times for the same fees. They extort money through threats and bogus legal action.

They charged us $4101.07 that were already included in a restructure of our lease. Then they sent another bill for the same charges after we paid them. Come to find out they charged us that amount on fees that were already settled. Now they refuse to show any documentation to substantiate their actions.

Even as we dispute their claims and demand to see an accounting of the charges, they continue to harass us for money we don't owe them. The only thing they do is threaten us and talk over you whenever you try to get anywhere with them. I am currently seeking an attorney who will file a class action suit against them. I have also contacted the Attorney General in Pennsylvania to look into possible criminal actions. If anyone else out there has had to deal with this company please contact me through usacomplaints.com so we can gather as much information as possible and to be included in any legal action.
