Outrageous NSF Fees! Let's start a class action suit!

I am so happy I started reading the posts on this site and now I'm not alone in my frustration with this bank and their continual pillaging of my bank account with their outrageous NSF fees!

I can't believe it's now legal for them to charge you $35 when you have an automatic bill pay set up & there isn't enough money in the account. Since the week of Christmas they've charged me over $400 in NSF fees, and I still can't get a reasonable explanation.

I am writing letters to my attorney general, the BBB, and everyone else recommended in a previous post. And I'm willing to help start a class action suit against them. I have no idea how to begin, but where there's a will...
