An email asks for credit card number and PIN in a little popup window We

Several similar emails have come to me which appear to come from Citibank. They ask me to click on a link which pops up a small window for me to enter my credit card information and my PIN.

Of course then strange charges and cash advances will soon appear on my monthly statement. I did not fall for this, but wanted to report it since it has happened several times to more than one of my email addresses.
