Ripoff paid them $45.00 instead of $4500.00

I had my balance transferred too to another credit card company. I then received a statement from Nextcard showing that I paid them $45.00 instead of $4500.00.

I initiated a call to them to let them know of their mistake. I received the run around, faxed a copy of the check 3 times, and they informed that it isn't their error, it was just a mistake.in the meantime their collections department calls me daily for a $50.00 payment.

I have not been able to speak to anyone other than the collectors and have tried on several occasions-they seem to not exist.

Now they are charging me late fees and finance charges on an account that I had thought was paid off.

They have been informed that I paid the difference to them from $45.00 to $4500.00, yet they call everyday for the past 3 days.
