Nextcard aka card member services / nextcard ripoff... Unable to contact or pay account due to invalid account number that has been used for 3 years

I have been paying a Nextcard account online for the past 3 years. I have never been late with a payment, and now I no longer can access my account online, and when I call the number they provided, the recording says that the account number is invalid. There is no possible way to contact a live individual there.
