To all of you who have been or still are a victim of Fairbanks Capital they have rewritten the books on identity changes. The company now calls themselves Select Portfolio Servicing Inc. I too was a victim but managed to find a wonderful person who helped myself and my husband get away with these crooks. She worked for 5 months on getting our loan bought away from them and now we have a lower interest rate and escrow for homeowners insurance, which I might add we could not afford because of the high payment to this leach of a company.

If anyone is willing to do a lot of homework she can help you too. Good Luck to you all and I will watch this sight for anyone who needs her help.
