NextCard OTL fee ripoff

If Nextcard determines that you have an over the limit fee, then EVEN if you send it the amount due BEFORE your next statement date (and/or next due date), they STILL charge you ANOTHER OTL fee, since it was "over the limit" before, so since you've had one OTL charge, you are automatically going to get another one! Tok me 3 different billing cycles to get this straightened out with ME having to pay all those OTL charges!!!

Plus I have had my acct nearly 2 years with NEVER a late payment and have NEVER received a credit limit increase!!!
