Ongoing harassment

I just recently found usacomplaints.com which explains why this happened over four years ago and I am just now posting this. I also wanted to post this because I know I am not the only one who was victimized by this company and I would be more than happy to testify for anyone who has experienced things similar to what I experienced.

I was an Underwriter for Advantage Specialty back in 2007. Within weeks of beginning my new position, the co-owner of the company (Thomas M. Basil, Jr) began harassing me nonstop and it didn't end until I was finally laid off from the Company in October.

My relationships with my coworkers and supervisors was excellent and never shaky, but this man, for no reason just hated me. Me and another co-worker had seen him on multiple occasions parked out in front of our homes... Spying on us apparently. It was very creepy and I do have witnesses.
