Re-building credit program ripoff

Business & Finance

I agreed to sign up for a credit building program, who I thought was really trying to help. I was offered a credit card with a low balance and access to individual consultant for 129.95 enrollment fee and activation of credit card. On May 19th, money was debited from my account but no communication from the company. I received an outdated letter that was incorrectly typed (grammer errors) and dated 2003. I called the 1 866 number never an answere. I also called 1 80094 4772 an agency who said that all they did was debit accounts for various companie like PCS.

They inturn sent a email to them to contact me, which someone did but hung up as soon as I said "hello", and when I called the number back (727 819 2814) you get a recording that says mailbox full.

You mean to tell me that there is no way for me to get my money back but there is an agency that exist that can debit your account on behalf of the fradulant company. There has got to be someone who can help us with this, someone!!!
