FIA Card Services, N.A
Notices for non-existant credit card Phoenix Arizona, Wilmington Delaware

Business & Finance

We received two letters with "important information about your account." for credit card account ending in xxxx, which we don't have. I ignored the first one several months ago.
The return address is PO Box 53113, Phoenix, AZ. The 4 page letter says to contact PO Box 15026, Wilmington, DE 19850 to report errors.
They say to call using the phone number on the back of your credit card (which we don't have).
I looked for all leads on the internet for FIA Card Services, the above addresses and a reward program mentioned in the letter, WorldPoints. It is very scary because there are links to so many financial institutions and past accounts we've held.
In the past we've had two separate credit cards being charged through fraud and recently had our Quicken credit card account was changed twice in one year because of that. Once change was done independently by Quicken.
Institutions we use/used and are related to fia card services: WorldPoints Rewards Program, Quicken, MBNA, Fidelity, and more. There are seemingly hundreds of credit and financial institutions tied to this site.
I saw two similar incidents reported on the internet, of receiving this letter for an account that the person doesn't have.
