Chase LLC Chase holding then returning our checks or saying they did not receive when I have proof from Post office

I have called Chase regarding our loan after they have started returning our payments long after they were due. They stated the payments were not enough to cover the past due. At the end of Jan we called again and were told to send 3 months payment and that would take us out of default. That day my husband sent 3 payments certified mail which were signed for on 1/30. I have since mailed this months payment as well certifed mail which I have not gotten the receipt for yet. Today I called because the 3 month payment sent in Jan has not been cashed and was told by their rep they had not received any payment nor did they have an employee by the name signed on the certified mail form. They transfered me to collections who would not help me because I had an old faxed copy of authorization from 2007 on file and they don't access information that far back. They seem to be doing everything they can to not cash our checks and I need to know who to call to report them in PA so we can stop the possible foreclosure (they've tried many times to get this house back) as we have fulfilled our portion asked by the chase rep.
