Worst Mortgage Company

The corporation is terrible. Citi offered my mortgage to Nationstar three years before and that I've had only issues. Going back 24 months they've not settled my homeowners insurance promptly creating my property owners insurance to mistake. This past year I'd to pay for the quality outofpocket after which wait weeks for Nationstar to pay me. I prepaid constantly. I usually deliver a notice and create plainly about the check that it's for that primary only. They alternatively consider the prepayment and place it towards my normal cost. Subsequently while they attempt to repair their screw-up they screw up my monthly obligations, do not consider the automated reduction promptly after which attempt to inform me my cost is overdue. I have never been overdue on the cost. Like I mentioned, I prepay. Is it a great deal to request them to pay for promptly? The kicker is the fact that after I requested a re finance the mortgage specialist informed me the actual cause I had been rejected was that my credit rating was excessive plus they would not create anything off me. That did not stop them from operating numerous credit checks. Obviously I'm considering a brand new Mortgage organization.
