The corporation is terrible - basically. Probably the most disorganized unprofessional mortgage team I've actually handled. The organization thought my mortgage from Amtrust in regards to a year-ago and that I think they're trying to grab my homeowners escow resources! It required nationstar annually to alter or obtain a big change about the homeowners plan, something which must occur instantly and immediately. Annually later they they inform me I've no homeowners insurance - the state is they don't understand what insurance provider to pay for - however 8 weeks before there is a reduction from my escrow record for homeowners. When questioned what occurred the the cost, where achieved it proceed? - they say what cost. Today they need me to buy their plan for four-times the total amount that addresses this past year.
