The company has been misleading from the begining on what they are able to provide. It is a scam to get you in the office. They charged us $644 to do our taxes and it took longer to get them back than

They are running a scam. Using fasle avertising to get people to come to there office. They are not upfront about fees anc they mislead you on the time frame in which you can recieve your funds.in the end they charged us $644 dollars to do our taxes and it took us more than 14 days to get the money. The same time that is free with the IRS. This is such a bad thing they have going and they are ripping people off all over the country. Mainly in low income areas. My family really needed money and they took adavantage of us. There is no reason why filing simple forms should cost so much. Whatever you do don't go there. Do it yourself and get all your money back for free.
