Ripoff don't even think about a loan with these jerks

We had lost our home in a fire at Thanksgiving Time in 2003. We had contacted there claim department and they wanted the insurance money peirod. Would not return money to even let us us it to buy another home and install. Then they wouldn't even return the 8,000 dollars that we needed for demolishing and disposal.

We had to come up with money ourselves out of our personal property money. Then we had spent the last 2 months waiting 48 hours each time they asked for more info. Always more info for this and proof of that. They wanted info. On how much insurance money we got and what we did with it. Then everytime we paid off more bills, they wanted more proof that they were paid off. Then on June 18 we learn they declined our loan. No simple reason, 2 months later, we lost precious time because of these people.

Now we don't know what to do, do not spend another dime with these people. You stand a better chance with cash then with these people. Do not give them any business what so ever.
