Taking money/erroneuosly threatening foreclosure

I strongly advise everyone to not cope with bank of america! I'd my house funded through these thieves, thank heavens I've refinanced having a good lender. Bank of America "stated" that I had been a few months behind on my mortgage and threatened to foreclose on my house. They repeatedly delivered me identical updates within the email (I believe I received about 8 of these in one single week) declaring that I had been 3 funds behind on my mortgage of course if used to donot spend all 3 funds within thirty days; they'd foreclose. I approached them many times by telephone detailing that there needed to be an error, however they did not appear to provide a darn. I actually produced off all my cancelled checks that were delivered/settled for them for that year and shipped them Towards The Lender of america showing they'd created an enormous error - once more; they did not really care. They stated easily did not spend them 3 funds - they'd continue with foreclosure. I'd no option and so I needed to delay spending a great deal of additional expenses that month and delivered them approximately. $3000.00. About 6 months later, I acquired a check back from them for that precise quantity I settled them! Exactly what a couple of idiots! THESE ROBBERS MADE ME WORRIED SICK OVER NOTHING AND USED MY MONEY FOR SIX MONTHS WITHOUT ANY APOLOGY OR INTEREST ON THE MONEY THEY FORCED ME TO OVER PAY THEM. I hope this bank will someday be turn off and everything's management numbers be released to the road! Don't cope with"the bastards of america"!
