Charging me double on my escrow account, late fees befroe the 10th of each month and lender forced insurance. I have HOA

Bank of America is charging our escrow account based on last years taxes. Requested a escrow analysis but was denied. Sent them a copy of last year and this years taxes. They ignore the certified letters that were mailed out. We have a 10 day grace period for payment. Payments are mailed out within 4 days (copies of moneyorders) They have been charging us 61.34 in late fees. Our property is insured under the homeowners association faxed a copy of the home owners insurance they still have a a forced placed insurance policy on our home and pulled it from the escrow account. Sent them a money order in march they charged us a 25.00 return payment fee. Moneyorder was cashed and credited to our account. All of my correspondance is never signed by the person responding to my complaints. Bank of America has no interest in following any real estate rules and I think this is one of the Banks that recieved a bailout from the government. I faxed over a complaint to Richard Dunn the supervisor at RESPA in Washington D. C under section 10 and they keep losing my documents. I sent them off on May 6 almost two months ago.

I am going to contact the inspector general and they will forward the documents to RESPA again! Bank of America is worse than Wilshire who I was told by Bank of America had filed bankruptcy. I don't know this to be true.
