Just trying to find out status of account, website inoperable, phone system not working... Very suspicious... But boy do they take your money real quick. Don't know how to handle this one, afraid to send them any more money. Holding back on everything now... If they report me to a credit bureau, so be it... But they need to be held accountable to what is going on with our accounts.
