Ripoff bad service, inoperable websites

I signed up with CityMax with hopes of developing a cost efficient website suitable for a start up company. They offer great features and many other promises for only 19.98 per month.

Unfortunately, shortly after I signed up for the service I began to have trouble. The site would not load at times. The pictures would not load at times, and many of the features did not work.

I notified them of this on three or more different occasions. They blamed it on my Internet service provider. And on the last time I notified them, they PRETENDED to not know of the problem. This has become a huge headache for me considering the amount of time I spent developing my site and the money I've used to market it.

If I would have known what I know now, I would never have trusted this company to host my website. My website has been down for several hours now. And not only is my website inoperable, SO IS THEIRS! I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Total rip off.
