Ripoff dishonest billing, overcharges, interest rate hike, overlimit charges when there charges are making you over the limit

This company has charged my husband and I for over the limit fees on a card that was closed because the company went bankrupt. I do not understand how you can be over your limit when you don't have a limit. They charge $35.00 every month for this and $35.00 even when I know my payment was on time. It is hurting our credit and I don't feel that we should have to pay the rediculous charges. You can never get a hold of this company either I have wrote to them requesting a payoff and they have not responded. The charges are adding up and I don't know what to do.
