Ripoff

This company is charging me for over the limit fees on a card that was closed and paid for, about two (2) years ago because the company went bankrupt. I do not understand how you can be over your card limit when you don't have a limit. They are charging $35.00 every month for this and $35.00 even when I know these charges are paid for on time two (2) years ago. It is hurting my credit and I don't feel that I should have to pay this rediculous charges.

Also the last statement dated 06/02/04, shows a $70.00 Purchases and Charges when I had closed this account two years ago. You can never get a hold of this company either, I have call the number and wrote to them requesting a payoff and they have not responded. The charges are adding up and I don't know what to do.
