Ripoff CARD PROCESSING CENTER dishonest ripoff fraudulent billing

Card Processing Center in Old Bethpage NY took over the credit card accounts for "NewPort News/Speigel" card holders. They were going bankrupt, so this Card Processing Center took over their account. I have not used this charge in about 1 year, at the time I used the charge, it was UNDER the limit. I paid the payments, always over the amount due each month. Then this company takes over and then they claim they never received my payments on time, over the limit. How can that be if 1. I haven't used the the card in a year. - 2. It was under the limit. - 3. I was paying over the amount due each month.*

Now my account is over the limit (even though I haven't used it in a year), They say it is late every month (though I pay it on time), They charge me an over the limit fee & a late fee every month $35.00 each one, thats $70.00 a month. It is totally ridiculous. It is unfair and it's like being robbed. They do not let you talk to anyone by phone, they just tell you to write in, I have done that twice, they have not responded. Let me know if you have any place for me to get help from.
