Ripping off over and over again

I don't have enough space to tell you all the bull they have pulled but here goes some of it.

I borrowed 52,600 in 2000 they now want 58,798.63 for a payback. I am now trying to do a short sale with them but i'm sure that to will be a joke.

They call all the time saying i am 3 months behind but when i bring up that i just sent them a large amount, they say oh there is x amount of dollars sitting here. We didn't know where to put it and of cource this means late charges.

There was a 459.00 charged to me for returned checks that would mean i bounced that would me i bounced 45 checks when questioned about this it took they 2 months to correct this.

If i could afford a lawyer that would be the first and upmost important thing i would do is sue their asses.
