Ripoff

I am furious with this company, they call everyday even on weekends, demanding money, i had a car accident in march and hurt my back and was forced to quit my job,

My fiance is paying the loan now plus other bills, we have 3 small children one in which is just a baby, i got behind on the payments when i had to go on maternity leave and was out of work for 4 month,

I went back to work and only worked 2 and a half month before i had my accident and had to quit my job, i have been sending what i can every month, it might not be the amount that they expect but at least it is an effort on my behalf,

I get a call on saturday june 12, telling me i am behind and that the amount i am sending is unacceptable and not enough and that i should act like an adult and pay my bills.

Are they allowed to talk to people like they are dumb animals?

I am an adult who is raising 3 small kids and doing the best i can do right now under the circumstances, i too thought i was alone with this company but after reading some of the stories i am glad that i am not alone it is unfortunate that people who work hard all of their lives have to put up with bull like these people try to dish out.

It makes me feel better to know that others can relate to the problems that they have caused me. I am disabled and cannot work now but i am willing to pay this payment even if it may not be what they want. Thank you for letting me get this off of my chest.
