I have a bounced chq which is also an offence, and emails personally apologizing with offers of payment and gifts. We paid for 2k which Mark and company gteed was refundable if not carried out, which is wasn't, and hundreds of phone calls letters visit from trading standards (whom he fobbed off and lied too) later we find it necessary to come to BBC and TV program. Other cases which are registered at consumer direct of similar matters are available to expose this low life dealer. Please stay clear of this person and this company.
