I have been charged the one off fee twice and have only ever received 1 email from them. I have rang them numerous times and I have now emailed them informing them I am in touch with trading standards and I am giving them until 29-07-13 to reply to my email with a sufficient answer otherwise trading standards will be in touch with them to take action.
