We have the same situation as other customer. Their rep Kena Signorelli come in to evaluate our rate and promise to give us low rate. She never give me a paper contract and just have me to sign on the computer. I don't even know I was record.

When the 1st statement came the average rate was 3.5% and not saving $. When I request copy of contract then I find out that there is a 5 years leasing with Ladco and is non cancelabe. If anyone want to file class action with this bad company, court me in.
