Decepive trade practices to get us into a 48 month non-cancellable lease

Sales Agent Wayne Clarke came into my restaurant to offer me saving on processing fee. They able to offer a lower rate because they earn money on leasing program. I sign up for 48 months non-cancellable contract which he said it is cancellable. It turn out to be not true and I have pay lot more fee than before. I was naive to believe Paymentsystems will fix the rate after 3 months which they promise. It is lie too. After I said I will report them to usacomplaints.com then they said they will fix the rate. It is a scam.
