Terminated card via Phone. Card had 0 balance. Talked having an individual by having an Indian highlight so heavy I thought I had been speaking with "Peggy". Peggy insisted I'd a $69 credit. Complete scumbags - they could not care less about clients. They ought to significantly alter their title to SHITIBANK.
