They ask their clients for the same documents two, sometimes three times and they failed to close my deals on time. Please use another company. I did two deals with them and they were a nightmare to work with. They sell off all off their loans before the first payment is due. Hint's that's why they ask for doc's two days prior to closing. Go to one of the big lenders if your credit is good, avoid Liz and Paula at American Home Free Mortgage at any cost, they will kill your deal!!!
