Such a bad bank eve

I have been using Citibank Debit card for at least 2 years. Today I tried to transfer money to my country from the Walmart. Although I had sufficent money in my account, The Sitibank did not aloud me to get money from my account. Then I called costumer services to solve the problem. They just ignored me, and make just listen music via cellphone. I could not imagine that I would not be able to use my money. Can you imagine??? You have your money in your account, but you cannot use it. Noway... As I this bank costumer, I would suggest all people to not use this bank ever... Their customer officers are also do not know anything and make you wait long time on cellphone... I will close my account as sson as possible. I will talk all my friend to make them close their account.
