Never buy from them have not sent me a bill in 8 months to let me see how much we owe but exspect to be paid with me having no correspondence

In 2004 we bought a manufactured home from edgewood, which is in hazard, ky, the finance people at the time was chase manhatten, now sometime during this process vanderbilt took over our loan. My husband lost his job the early part of this year we tried numerous times talking to numerous people at vanderbilt to try to receive help with no aveil, we were met with some of the rudest people in the business talked to like no human should have been.in Sept with help of family we borrowed enough money to pay our back payments of 4200.00 at that time we had received a letter saying it was going into foreclosure, we called there law firm and spoke with a matthew kleinart who i instructed that we had the 4200.00 but now they were asking for 845.00 which we didnt have, so the next call received was from eric in the legal dept who so miraculously was going to take the 4200.00 we just had to have it to them by sept. The 20th, which we done.in the mean time still no bills statement coming in us still be unsure of our future call and speak to a cary in legal who said they never received the cashiers check and the foreclosure was proceeding, so i inturn told her we would track the cashiers check and see what was going on. The same day we called our local bank to find out it had been cashed and endorsed by a sarah that worked there, i called vanderbilt back and again spoke with cary who said they had talked to sarah and it had been credited and nicely stated sorry for the inconvience. 2 months go by still with no bills still dont know whats happened and speak to an eric who stated oh we just seen u had paid up the bill so we will do an extension of 2 months if u go ahead and pay 845.76 which we did and they received on 11/16, now as we are still awaiting a house bill i call today 12/27 and speak to an andy rogers who i say i havent received a bill in now 8 months when is our payment due he replies"you were suppose to pay this bill in December you r past due again what is your all's problem we try to help u out and u don't want it, i explained to him i had never received a bill in 8 months and he states u know when your payments due u low life pay your bill, i in turn asked to speak to his supervisor lauren castle who then i put on recorder who told me the reason we had not received it was because we had filed the extension and the bill just didn't come, but we had to know pay 1600.00 and some dollars, i told her how was i to know to pay it when i had not received a bill and did'nt even know if they were crediting it to my account we had no proof, she said pay your bills or we will send u to foreclosure so i in turn told her to repeat to me why we were not receiving our bills and she states i just told u the papers were signed late and it was'nt sent, i left the conversation with thank u Mrs. Castle i have recorded u and u telling me u had not sent a bill she starts screaming u r not to do that, that is entrapment and i stated just like u record me without my permission u have a great day as i am hanging up she is still screaming all on tape saying "NO" click end of story si if there is a lawsuit please make me aware i would love to be part of it and have the necessary documentation and recorded proof, please if u finance a manufactured home do not do it from this company. It has affected my marriage and cause me pain and emotional distress since dealing with this in early april thank u for your time
