Chargesd my credit card without my authorization

A year ago, I was getting so much commercial information in my e: mail account that I had a hard time reading my emails. Somebody told me that Yahoo had a service for $2.99 a year and that would clear the commercials. I called and gave my charge card number. Over a month latter I saw to my surprise that instead of $2.99 the charge was $19.99. I paid it because I did not want to fight over it. But this year, I was checking my credit card and saw, to my surprise, that Yahoo agan had charged $19.99. I called my credit card and informed them of what was going on and they cancelled my card. I attempted to contact Yahoo and informed them of this fraud and it has been impossible. This charge was done WITHOUT my authorization and I will not pay for this.
