First National Card AKA CCS ripoff very deceptive rip-off scam

I recieved a credit card offer in the mail which I never applied for with a credit card issued with a First National Card (AKA) CCS. Well I read the offer and it sounded really interesting. My credit limit on the letter was $6,500.00. So I decided to give them a call and get some more info on it.

When I got someone on the phone they were extremly eager to get me to review this so called catalouge for 8 days and before the 8 days were up I had to call them and let them know that I didn't want the card (s) and as long as I called before the 8 days I wouldn, t be charged a $199.00 activation fee.

By the way there are alot of hidden fees. I went ahead and applied for the card thinking that I still had a 8 day period to decide if I wanted the Card (s).

I dicussed it with my husband when he came home and we both decided it was a bad idea. I called back and spoke with a michael smith and he did not want me to get off the phone. He was so eager to wave a bunch of fees.

When he realized he couldn't smooth talk me into it, he put me on hold and got his supervisor on the phone and that was another smoothtalker.

He asked to speak with my husband and I had to repeat it 10 times that I didnt want the card (s). His reply was for me to review it for 60 days and if I still decided not to keep the cards I could cancel.

So again I talked to my husband and he decided to call well he spoke to about 4 people and still they were determined not to hang up and get the point.

We had to have our stepfather speak in our behalf and still the fight we had with them on the phone was horrible. We must have spoken to 8 people until finally a Kiaana got on the phone and was she the most nastiest person. She said we had to write a letter to them stating we didn't want the card (S).

Now i had just got that letter which was on May 11th. I called the same day and I still had until the 19th, so why did I have to send a letter which by the time it got there it would of took me over the 19th so they could of took money out of my account.

I also did some research on the internet and low and behol I found a Sit consumer complaints. Well I came across a lot of complaints about this CCS and each time they scammed people in different ways.

Me and my husband called our bank and let them know and we got our Bank Account transfered to a new one so they won't be getting any of our money. Beware of this because it is a scam. Always remember if it sounds to good to be true then it probably is. BesidesI cleared up my credit and it doesnt do ya any good because it still remains on your credit report for 7-10 years. I cant get any credit for the life of me so why not wait until they fall off.
