First National Credit Gold Card

I also have been looking for my 15,000 credit card. I was going to transfer my three other credit cards to First National's Gold Card to save on interest. Which was said in the letter of acceptance to be 0% interest for the first year and 11 something, after that. I have been waiting for this card to arrive, in which my check to them of $37 for processing fee (s) cleared on December 7. I've not heard anything and wanted to contact them but found no phone number to do so. I got on the web and found "First National Credit Card".
I called them thinking it was the same Financial Institute. It wasn't! They were very kind to me and gave me the phone number of First National and said they receive numerous calls about the status of that 15,000 Gold card. I called the number and got answering machine saying they were only taking calls from actual card holders and you had to have an account number to speak to them. Said their call volume was real high at this time! Wonder why? I have not received my card yet and should have! I am angry!
I then looked for their website (if they had one to check status of my card there) and found "The complaint". I see I have been scammed! How can this happen to so many people? Why hasn't something been done? My family was waiting for this Gold Card to help us consolodate a few minor credit cards with high interests rates and finish the construction of my childrens new bedroooms! My family was excited, now they are crushed! Not only did it hurt me and my husband (losing money for fee), but MY KIDS will now have to wait for what they have looked forward to for almost a year!
You at first national credit should be ashamed and be held responsible! I want refunded my money like it was said i would get if i wasn't satisfied within 30 days. How can i do this if i can't get a hold of them in that 30 days?!!! Is there something we can do?
