Harassing, relative calling, debt collecto

This company IHR INC. Has harrassed family members, called late in the evenings and was very disrespectful to family member who was not even the person they were wanting to contact, we try to call back and they were closed yet they still call us after hours, they use automated calling to numbers that should not be called. I have asked them to stop calling our family members and to contact us directly and send us any info regarding this matter so we can validate it and they refuse. They want money and will not contact us at our home they harass our family members. This is really getting into the annoying stage. If they want us to pay something they claim we owe why would they not just send us paperwork? They have our address and numbers yet choose not to use them and degrade us and belittle us to family members.
