Dishonest debt collection practices ripoff

This business is calling my mother who lives in Florida and my in-laws who live across town. They tell them that they will throw THEM in jail if I don't call them back. They even gave a county case number.

Now they are calling my job and all of my family members and telling them that I am under investingation for fraud and that I am going to jail. When I call this company today, I told this woman per The FTC to stop call my place of employment and my family members. She told me that the the FTC rules did not apply to her she is not a debt collector she is a fraud investigator and she is filing this charge on behave of Chase Bank and she could call who ever she wanted to get the message across.

Please tell me if they can continue to do this. My mom is battling cancer and my mother-in-law is getting ready to have open heart surgery and they do not need to be harrassed this is my problem it is not theirs
