Contact family members

U.C.B. Has continuously called family members trying to get in contact with me. They will not answer calls from the finance group that are negotiating our credit problems and persist on calling family members.

I have tried to keep my family out of this, but with U.C.B. Calling, they are getting worried and aggravated. They are giving information that is private and I have been informed that they should not even try too contact a third party. I would like this matter cleared up as quick as possible
